  1. Dear WineFlowers! Thank you for completing the order as promised. I also appreciate that you take orders to deliver flowers in a far-flung, non-European country and organising this is a great logistical achievement. Although the flowers are beautiful and were happily received, I gave you only 3 stars because some aspects of the service could be improved to increase customer satisfaction. Given the rather costly price (EUR75 in my case), I expected a prompt response from you upon ordering, for the below points: - about a delivery time slot (you can hardly expect someone to sit all day and wait for the delivery. Also, this kills the element of a pleasant surprise that gifting flowers involves - i.e. the sender needs to message the recipient that they will have to stay at home all day to receive a gift). - no response to my comment at the time of transaction (asking you for a faster delivery if possible. A yes or no would have been nice). - the ability to talk to an agent - I called your number in Italy but got only through to an Italian-language answerphone. I also note that you did not respond to my email but your Facebook messenger was much more responsive (great!). Finally, the order was delivered at 15:45 at local time, i.e. towards the end of the working day, well over 24 hours after ordering - other services seem to manage it faster, even on the same day and their prices are lower.     1. Dear Endree, thank you for sharing your feedback with us. Well, regarding the points you raised: - Flower delivery is supposed to come as a surprise to the person receiving it, so it shouldn't be notified by the sender and the recipient shouldn't sit home waiting for them. The delivery time range is affected by the fact that the florist has to wait for the fresh flowers to arrive before making the delivery. - When entering the order, the system informed that deliveries take place during the date indicated, the time slots are indicative and not mandatory (with the exception of some cases). We always try to accommodate customers' requests about time slots, but it's not always possible. - Our customer service has received your email at 9,30 am CET Time, our team has replied at 11,30am CET Time (we assume that 2h is a reasonable time for a company that delivers worldwide). The order has been well delivered at 15,45 local time on requested date. Anyway, we are always careful to evaluate our customers' options and we will take your feedback into account in order to improve our service.:)

  10. My daughter didn’t get the flowers for her birthday. She was at home but nobody called or ring the bell. She only found a message in the letter box. I’m really disappointed!

    1. Hi, thank you for your feedback:) Well, based on our florist feedback nobody was present at the address and flowers are been delivered to neighbour who has accepted them. A card has been left in the mailbox to inform recipient about it.
