The best part - I was receiving very promt reply from custommer service email. Negative - there was no possibility to choose the delivery time. So I ordered everything the 21st around 5 pm London time And I got reply next morning the 22 that that flower is not available. Good thing we got another one less expensive , but smaller. Negative moment . even though everything was re-confirmed by 9 am the 22nd the flower was delivered afer 7 pm . So I d suggest to add a bottom where you can choose the delivery time even with extra cost, but sometimes it makes a huge differece. And also the phone number. Cause I didnt have a chance to talk to anyone, only sent emails.
