Disputes FAQs
Fill out the contact form indicating the order number, if you do not remember it please indicate the city and the requested delivery date. There can be many reasons as to why the flowers should not have been delivered. Not necessarily Wineflowers at fault.
Florists deliver only what is indicated in the message, so if the greeting card text is not signed the gift will be delivered anonymously.
As indicated in the general rules governing the service, the requested times are indicative except for funerals or weddings. In other cases requests on time bands will be guaranteed as far as possible and compatibly with other deliveries in progress. Sometimes we receive requests for delivery at 6 am or midnight, which unfortunately we cannot fulfill: our service takes place in the normal opening hours of affiliated flowers shops.
Once you have received the bouquet of flowers, in order for it to last as long as possible, you must resort to some easy-to-make tricks. Periodically shorten the stem by 1 or 2 centimeters to ensure that living tissue remains in contact with the water. This depends on the type of flower: In the case of flowers with woody stems, it is advisable to make a cross cut at the level of the section. If we are dealing with flowers with a hollow stem, this must be shortened underwater with a 45-degree angle cut, to prevent the formation of air bubbles which would hinder its absorption; To lengthen the life of the bouquet as much as possible, it is also advisable to renew the water in the vase frequently, adding specific nutritious products for cut flowers each time. Another useful trick is to avoid placing the bouquet in a too hot room or near heat sources (radiators, fireplaces, stoves), in closed environments where children or the elderly stay for many hours and in the bedroom, at least during the hours of rest, as the perfume can disturb those who want to sleep. Cut flowers are very delicate, which is why it is advisable to avoid large changes in temperature, for example by moving the bouquet during the night from inside the room to the window sill or in the courtyard.
