For information about your order, for any changes or complaints contact us by writing to customer-care@wineflowers.com.

In case of complaints, we would suggest to indicate always the order number and to attach a photo of the product received.

Our Assistance and Disputes Office is available from Monday to Friday 8.30am - 6.30pm. Saturday 8.30am - 12.00pm, Sunday closed.
