Well done for delivering on time! 👏👏👏However, the bouquet that I ordered was not exactly the ones been recieved by my friend. I expected long stemmed yellow roses but turned out different color of them. Hopefully next time, please indicate the options for order replacement just in case the exact order is not available. hi, thank you for your feedback:) Well, we are really sorry about the replacement of roses color. It seems our local florist in Seychelles didnt receive yellow roses today as the flight was off loaded and replaced with mixed roses to assure the delivery on requested date, being a last minute order. Florist increased the number of stems by its own as apologize gesture and recipient was very happy with the arrangement.
