ONLINE DISPUTE RESOLUTION (ODR)
EU Regulation no. 524/2013 and Legislative Decree no. 130/2015 introduced legislation aimed at encouraging the out-of-court settlement of disputes between consumers and commercial operators relating to a product or service purchased online. To this end, a European Online Dispute Resolution platform (so-called ODR platform) has been created, which can be consulted at https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/. Through the ODR platform the consumer can send a complaint relating to the purchase concluded online with Wineflowers.com and thus activate the online dispute resolution procedure.
